Searches continue following bomb threat

A security alert is ongoing in Derry following a series of anonymous phone calls yesterday afternoon claiming a bomb had been left near a police station.

Many houses in the Claudy and Main St areas of the city remain evacuated and closed to traffic as a precaution.
