A McDonalds restaurant in Belfast has been fined stg£20,000 over the death of a student who was electrocuted by a hand dryer.

A McDonalds restaurant in Belfast has been fined stg£20,000 over the death of a student who was electrocuted by a hand dryer.

22-year-old Ciara McGinley was killed after touching the damaged dryer, from which live wires were hanging, in the McDonalds toilet at Bradbury Place in 1998. She was celebrating the end of her exams at the time.
