ASTI consider letter from Taoiseach

The ASTI has confirmed that it received a letter from the Taoiseach outlining proposals regarding pay that was docked from teachers' salaries as a result of their work to rule action before Christmas.

A spokesperson for the ASTI would not give details of the proposals, but said the contents of the letter will be considered by a standing committee.
