Government challenged to reveal if secret Lawlor deal existed
The Government is being challenged to reveal whether it had a secret deal with the independent Dublin deputy Liam Lawlor.
The opposition says an examination of Deputy Lawlor's voting records suggests some sort of deal may have been done.
The Labour Party's Eamon Gilmore says in the immediate aftermath of his resignation from Fianna Fail, Liam Lawlor abstained in 21 Dail decisions, and that from June 21until the Christmas recess, he switched to support the Government.
