The controversial decision to deregulate the taxi industry is back in the High Court this morning as the application by the National Taxi Drivers' Union to reverse the Government's decision is heard.

The controversial decision to deregulate the taxi industry is back in the High Court this morning as the application by the National Taxi Drivers' Union to reverse the Government's decision is heard.

Mr Justice Paul Carney has already heard two-and-a-half days of evidence in this case, and lawyers for the union are due to continue their argument this morning.
