Two held after £2,000 heroin seizure in midlands

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions following the seizure of over £2,000 worth of heroin in Athlone.

Two local people, a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl, were arrested by gardai from the Longford/Westmeath Divisional Drugs Unit.
