A £197m plan by Ryanair to build a second terminal at Dublin airport has been rejected by the Minister for Public Enterprise.

Minister Mary O’Rourke says she would not be allowed to give such special treatment to the low-cost airline, which insists its plan would have seen the opening of ten new routes and 500 new jobs.
