3,800 property millionaires in Ireland, says Daft

There are more than 3,800 property millionaires around the country, south Co Dublin is the most expensive market in the country, and the priciest house sold so far this year was on Shrewsbury Road in the capital. It cost a cool €8.4m.

These are among the findings in a new daft.ie wealth report analysing trends in the premium property market.

It found that the most expensive market in the country is Sandycove in Dublin, where the average property value is almost €790,000.
