Men killed in Waterford crash named

Two of the three men killed in a two-car collision in Co Waterford last Sunday have been named locally as Eamon Dixon and Michael Tobin.

A formal identification of the three men — who died after their car caught fire following a collision on the N72 outside Dungarvan — may still take a number of days.

However, two of the three were named locally as Mr Dixon, who was in his 20s and from Dungarvan; and Mr Tobin from Old Parish in Co Waterford, who was in his 30s.
