At 66 meters long this is the largest Torta in latin America.

The monster sandwich was created in Mexico city by hundreds of chefs and volunteers.

The torta is a form of Mexican sandwich consisting of a bread roll halved with a variety of fillings, may it be meats, cheeses, vegetables and sauces.

The successful regional record attempt was organised by local politicians to boost local food businesses and tourism.

This Torta may be huge but it's not the largest sandwich ever made - that record was set in Lebanon in 2011 where a 735-meter long sandwich was constructed.

We bet they didn't have to worry about sharing.
