Experts to discuss future of food as part of Bloom Festival

Discussions on the future of the food industry, featuring more than 30 experts, will form a new addition to next week’s Bloom Festival in Dublin thanks to the Grow It Yourself movement.

The programme for the Food Matters segment will include debates on food waste, putting food on the school curriculum, hospital food, real bread, fermentation, Origin Green, sustainability, and more.

GIY has teamed up with Bord Bia, the Irish Food Writers Guild and sponsors Cully & Sully to deliver the event at each day of the Bloom Festival from June 2 to 6.
