Teenager charged with assault bailed under stricter conditions

A 16 year-old boy charged with attacking a young man who suffered serious facial injuries during an incident in Temple Bar in Dublin has been readmitted to bail with stricter conditions.

Teenager charged with assault bailed under stricter conditions

The boy — who cannot be named because he is a minor — was remanded in custody last week by Judge John O’Connor at Dublin’s Children’s Court for breaching an order barring him from the city centre.

On May 6, he had initially been granted bail with strict conditions but he was arrested there again, in Temple Bar, that evening, for possessing a knife.
