Port of Cork HQ on Custom House Quay goes on sale for €7m

The historic headquarters will go to the market with a guide price of €7m, as part of the Port of Cork’s long-term plan to move its operations from the city centre and out to facilities at Ringaskiddy and at Cobh.
The prominent Custom House, situated at the confluence of the north and south channels of the River Lee, was completed in 1819 and designed by architect Abraham Hardgrave. The majority of the buildings on the quay are listed of historical importance.
