‘Unacceptable’ waste policy at disability centre
The inspection report, published by the Health Information and Quality Authority, looked at a designated centre for people with disabilities operated by the St John of God Community Services Limited in Co Wicklow.
The facility, home to 10 residents, also offered some respite, but was found to be non-compliant with regulations in a number of areas, including health, safety, and risk management, social care needs, and governance.
