The inquiry will meet tomorrow to consider a fresh draft of its report, after crisis weekend meetings and attempts to keep disgruntled members on board.

Chairman Ciarán Lynch insisted last night that there would be no ‘minority’ report or personal conclusions to accompany the inquiry’s final recommendations. He insisted the inquiry would remain on track to produce its conclusions and report in January.
