VIDEO: Leap Scarecrow Festival is a traffic stopper

The Scarecrow Festival in the West Cork village of Leap is a traffic stopper with hundreds of cars stopping to let people see more than one hundred and fifty scarecrows on display. 

The Festival is the brain child of the Leap Development Committee.
