Top chef hosts cookery demo in aid of homeless people

One of the country’s top chefs who runs an award-winning fine French dining restaurant is to host a fundraising cookery demonstration for Cork Simon.

Pat Kiely of Les Gourmandises in Cork, who was named the 2012 ‘Best Chef in Cork’ by the Restaurant Association of Ireland, will prepare sumptuous dishes from his menu at the event at The Kingsley Hotel next Thursday.

Pat, who has run the restaurant with his French wife Soizic for 14 years, has chosen dishes for their great taste and ease of preparation.
