Cork to host politics conference this weekend

150 political scientists will gather in Cork this weekend for the annual Political Studies Association of Ireland (PSAI) conference.

In a number of roundtable discussions and keynote addresses, political scientists will outline their most recent research while also discussing the core dynamics and critical challenges in national and international politics.

The first day of the conference (Friday, October 16) will see two round table discussions take place on the upcoming General Election featuring prominent Irish election academics, political commentators and pollsters.
