Car observed by gardaí involved in collision

A number of people were injured yesterday when a car being observed by gardaí collided with another vehicle near Monasterevin, Co Kildare.

The crash occurred just after midday at Ballagh on the Monasterevin to Portarlington Road.

The car carrying three men crashed into another car in which a man and two children were travelling. Gardaí were some distance behind.
