Canadian cybersecurity company eSentire unveils CIT bursary

A Canadian cybersecurity company planning to create some 100 jobs in Cork has announced a bursary with Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) to develop a pool of Irish talent to help drive its rapid expansion.

eSentire made the announcement yesterday at the official opening of its European headquarters and Security Operations Center (SOC) in Cork.

The firm’s security experts continuously monitor their customers’ networks to detect and block cyber attacks in real-time. They protect trillions of dollars in assets and high-value confidential data for their clients all over the world.
