The parents of a young man killed in a hit-and-run in New York two years ago are to pay for the costs of bringing a man’s body home to his family.

Jason Corbett, from Janesboro, Limerick, was killed during a domestic incident at his home in North Carolina, on August 2.

Three of Mr Corbett’s seven siblings, who have flown to the US to repatriate his body for burial in Limerick, are also facing a legal battle to win custody of his son Jack, 10, and his daughter Sarah, 8, who are both Irish citizens.
