Threat to kill security guard

A young man who was asked to leave a shopping centre because of previous anti- social behaviour threatened to smash the heads of customers and warned there would be blood everywhere.

A young man who was with him threatened to kill a security guard at Mahon Point shopping centre during the same incident.

That was the evidence given at Cork District Court by security officer Krzysztof Nosek.
