House prices are rising but at a slower rate

The latest house price survey from MyHome.ie shows house prices rose in the first quarter of the year, but the rate of increase has moderated.

The study found that asking prices were up 2.2% in the first three months, a rise of 5.7% year-on-year. In Dublin, the asking price and rise were up 2.5% and 12.7% respectively.
