Cork family plead with dad to come home

The family of a man who has been missing since Monday has issued an emotional appeal for him to come home.

Timmy Forde’s daughter, Elaine, 23, pleaded directly with her father, who has been struggling with depression since his mother, Julia, died last December, to contact a family member.

“Come home dad. We can all sit down and help each other out,” she said. “We understand that you have a sickness. There is nothing wrong with that. We can get you help. You are not on your own. We are all here to help.”
