Scientists at King’s College London found that the risk of psychosis was three times higher for users of the high-potency drug than for those who had never tried cannabis. There was a five-fold risk for those who used it every day.

The findings of the six-year study, published in the Lancet Psychiatry journal, suggests strong forms of cannabis can lead to serious mental illness.
