No injunction was granted yesterday to move Travellers living near an embankment where goats have created a risk of falling rocks.

Cork City Council brought the application to Cork Circuit Court through Pearse Sreenan, barrister.

Defence solicitor, Donal Daly, said he needed to get an engineer to the site and look into civil legal aid, and sought an adjournment, which Judge David Riordan granted an until January 12.
