A mother who lost her family in a tragic car accident has returned to the hospital where her life was saved.

Elber Twomey from Cork lost 16-month-old son Oisín and unborn daughter Elber Marie when a suicidal man drove his car into theirs two years ago in Devon.

Her husband Con suffered extensive injuries and died in intensive care at Cork University Hospital almost 10 months later.
