Three people pleaded guilty yesterday to fraud charges committed against the enterprise and employment organisation, IRD Duhallow.

Martin and Susan Cremin, Derry, Banteer, Co Cork, and Simon Atkins of Clara Rd, Millstreet, Co Cork, were arraigned at Cork Circuit Criminal Court where they pleaded guilty to the same three charges.

The first count stated that on October 12, 2009, at IRD Duhallow Ltd, O’Keefe Institute, Demesne, Newmarket, Co Cork, they stole €83,500, the property of IRD Duhallow Ltd.
