‘It’s been one of our quietest days in a while’ as iPhone 6 goes on sale

The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus went on sale in Ireland yesterday.

While many retailers opened their doors early in advance of the expected rush, some were left a little under-whelmed by the experience.

Carphone Warehouse on Grafton Street in Dublin said that “it has probably been one of the quietest days we’ve had in a while”.
