A frightened Marioara Rostas phoned her brother in Romania the day after she went missing asking for her "Daddy to come get her", a murder trial heard.

The 18-year-old’s elder brother, Alexandru Rostas, was giving evidence to the Central Criminal Court yesterday in the trial of Alan Wilson, aged 35, of New Street Gardens, Dublin.

He has pleaded not guilty to her murder at a house on Brabazon St, The Coombe, Dublin, between January 7 and 8, 2008.
