Cyclist, 13, dragged along road by men in car

A boy is lucky to be alive after being subjected to a terrifying attack where he was dragged along the road on his bike by men in a car.

Gardaí were yesterday searching for four men in a dark-coloured car who took part in the attack.

Conor McKenna, aged 13, had the skin ripped from his knees, elbows, and forearms after the incident just outside Emyvale, Co Monaghan.
