Solicitor found guilty of deception
Former Fianna Fáil councillor, Gary O’Flynn, was remanded in custody for sentencing on June 26.
Judge Seán Ó Donnabháin refused an application by Tom Power, defending, to remand him on bail pending sentence so that O’Flynn could put his affairs in order and also so reports could be prepared on him.
