A man on trial charged with murdering his flatmate over bills told gardaí he pleaded “100% guilty” and didn’t want to blame his personality disorder.

Jacky Lumi, aged 42, has pleaded not guilty to murdering fellow Dutch national Kamal El Habsati on December 1, 2012, who was found in their Dublin apartment with a knife protruding from his chest.

Videos of interviews that gardaí conducted with the accused were shown to the jury yesterday.
