Toxic dump plan ‘best solution’

Mary O’Leary, chairman of CHASE (Cork Harbour Alliance for a Safe Environment), said she believes plans to build embankments around the East Tip site on Haulbowline island and cap it with various materials to prevent leaks “is the best solution”.
