Zombie adventure devours gaming competition

Zombie action adventure The Last Of Us survived strong competition to win out at the British Academy Games Awards.

The brutal PlayStation 3 video game by American developer Naughty Dog capped a great month of March by taking five gongs, including best game, at Tobacco Dock in east London.

Hailed as the “perfect swansong” for the PS3 before the next generation of machines gets into full swing, it was announced last week that Last Of Us will also be made into a Hollywood film.
