Woman claims she was raped by partner

A woman claimed that her partner raped her and repeatedly stabbed her mobile phone with a knife afterwards saying no guard bitch would come to the house.

That was the evidence given by a woman at the Central Criminal Court sitting in Cork yesterday where a man denied a charge of raping her at his home in Cork on May 9, 2012.

He admitted a charge of assault causing harm to her on the same date. Both parties are middle-aged.
