Burglar robbed home on day she was granted bail

A prolific burglar who hit three premises within three days of release from prison burgled a fourth house on the day she was granted bail for the other offences.

She was yesterday jailed for two and a half years.

Detective Garda Donal O’Connell said Bridget O’Sullivan, aged 37, of Comeragh Park, The Glen, Cork, came out of prison on May 24. Three days later, she turned up in Ballincollig where she burgled two houses and also stole from a pharmacy.
