Stolen dress to be auctioned

An €800 dress stolen from a Tralee boutique and recovered by “a plain clothes detective” at Listowel races a week ago is to be auctioned for charity, the boutique owner confirmed.

The stocking dress studded with Swarovski crystals was one of only three in the country and was a valuable item at Jasmine boutique in Tralee.

Jasmine owner Diane Jeffers and her husband were at Ladies Day in Listowel on last Friday week and she saw the dress being worn by the alleged thief.
