Maureen Keane is suing Millar, Dawson, Kiernan and William Samuel Hewitt Lavery in their role as trustees of the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU). Each defendant has been a former president of the IRFU.

The elderly widow of the late David Keane, Burrow Road, Sutton, Dublin, is also suing Dara Ó Briain’s company, Happy Endings Productions Limited, which makes TV films.
