Extension to property tax deadline

Householders have been given until 8pm tonight to pay the property charge.

Late yesterday, the Revenue Commissioners decided to extend the deadline for payment as there had been an enormous rush yesterday afternoon and evening.

Larger than expected numbers also attempted to pay the charge over the phone.
