A man arrested over the death of the brother of a missing teenager Amy Fitzpatrick has been released without charge.

Dean Fitzpatrick, older brother of Amy, who went missing in Spain in 2008 aged 15, was found at an apartment complex in north Dublin on Saturday night.

He had suffered fatal stab wounds.
