More than 600 people yesterday attended Ireland’s Biggest Simultaneous Aerobics Class on 2FM’s Breakfast with Hector show, with the irrepressible Gaelgóir putting those gathered at the University of Limerick’s Arena Sport’s Hall through their paces.

With Hector Ó hEochagáin leading the way, other guests included RTÉ The Gym’s Richie Clifford; members of the Six Nations winning Irish women’s rugby team; players from Limerick FC; Mayor of Limerick, Gerry McLoughlin; and Paralympic rower Shane Ryan.
