Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin last night launched an all-out attack on the Coalition’s “broken promises” and what he claimed were “damaging” changes hitting the health service.

He also signalled that his party would oppose Government plans to abolish the Seanad.

Mr Martin focused his criticism on Health Minister James Reilly and declared his policies were causing harm.
