Doctors voted yesterday against Croke Park II proposals which, they claimed, aimed to impose large pay cuts and much longer working hours on them.

IMO votes against Croke Park II deal

The 5,000-member Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) also decided it would not be bound by the outcome of an Ictu Public Service Committee vote on the issue on Apr 17.

IMO members, at their AGM in Killarney, unanimously agreed the IMO Council would consider all its options in the event of Croke Park II being approved later this month.
