‘Creative solutions needed if enrolment fees banned’

They claim parents “shopping around” for schools cause havoc for principals.

Among the proposals being put forward is an agreement in all towns and cities that enrolment applications and decisions would be made over a particular timeframe. It would ensure parents of prospective pupils would know more swiftly if they were being accepted.
