The father of a woman who accidently left five weeks’ worth of pills for schizophrenia in a Cork City branch of Dunnes Stores has pleaded with any one who may have found it to hand it in.

The woman, who is in her 20s and from the north side of Cork City, left the tablets in the St Patrick’s St store at about 11.30am yesterday, not long after she had collected her monthly prescription from a nearby clinic.

She discovered she was without her tablets on returning home and immediately alerted her parents, who live nearby and help care for her.
