Walsh warned Farrell off acting

X Factor judge Louis Walsh has confessed to passing over Colin Farrell for Boyzone but now he has admitted to warning the Hollywood star off acting.

He says he now laughs about his dubious advice.

In the RTÉ Radio One documentary From Mayo to Miami, Walsh reveals: “I did say ‘no’ to Colin Farrell. Colin still laughs about it because he auditioned for Boyzone. He always looked the part and he was the boy around town. He sang but he couldn’t sing very well.
