Reilly in office months before site deal

The HSE agreed to develop a primary care centre on the land of a Fine Gael member in James Reilly’s constitu-ency just months after he became health minister.

The HSE confirmed last night that a company expressed interest in Aug 2011 in developing the Balbriggan site.

It is one of two which Dr Reilly has controversially added to a list of locations for primary care centres.
