Dundons to go to High Court over treatment

Limerick brothers Wayne and John Dundon — both of whom are serving lengthy sentences for threatening members of the same family — have complained to the High Court about their treatment in different jails.

Dundons to go to High Court over treatment

A challenge by Wayne Dundon to the legality of his treatment in Cloverhill Prison, Clondalkin, Dublin, was to have been heard in the High Court yesterday, but was adjourned for a fortnight.

Lawyers for John Dundon also made an application before Mr Justice Daniel O’Keeffe yesterday along similar lines of unfair treatment by the authorities at Midlands Prison, Co Laois.
