‘Options’ to deal with consultant reforms: Reilly

Health Minister James Reilly has warned foot-dragging consultants he has “options” if they do not co-operate with the Labour Relations Commission.

“I want to assure the public that the issue around the cost of consultant care is going to be addressed,” Dr Reilly said yesterday.

He said the Croke Park Agreement had not delivered the kind of progress that was needed.
